TERMS & CONDITIONS
You are required to read and accept all of the terms and conditions laid down in this Terms and Conditions and the linked Privacy Policy, before you may use our website (hereinafter referred to as “Site” or “we” or “our”).
This T&C is effective upon acceptance and governs the relationship between you and “Aqua Jal Jeevan” (hereinafter “Company”) including the sale and supply of any products on the site. If this T&C conflicts with any other document, the T&C will prevail for the purposes of usage of the Site. If you do not agree to be bound by this T&C and the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Site in any way. The Company provides the goods and services to you subject to the T&C.
1. The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections.
2. All products are checked, screened and assured by us to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.
4. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Company
5. Request for cancellations of orders must be placed within 24 hours of placing the order.
6. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
7. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Company for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
8. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If any such user details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Company has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services of website without prior intimation whatsoever.
9. We will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
10. We will not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered during flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of us.
11. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
12. We will not entertain any complaints after 30 days, once the order is delivered.
13. If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he should seek clarifications from us through Email or Call and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.
14. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs in any case then we are not liable to pay / refund any amount more than order value of customer.
RETURN
In case if the product you received from us Online is either damaged or a bit defective, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 5 days.
Customer need to first contact us through 'Contact Us' page on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before letting us know, the same, then we will not provide any refund.
Please read below points carefully before request for returns.
1. Customer need to bear the shipping cost while returning the products.
2. We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
3. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
4. At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
5. Refunds would not be accepted for used and repair product. However, we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.
6. Any complaint with regards to the damage in transits, we are not responsible for the same. We can arrange technical person assistant for the damages.
7. In case of product return, we will issue refund once we received the product back at our office.
8. All refund will be made through NEFT/RTGS and within 7 working days.
SHIPPING
The delivery of an order may take 5-8 business days from the date of confirmation. actual delivery time depends upon shipping address, courier company’s guidelines or any other circumstances.
